An expanding Consultancy that specialises within the Property and Construction division is looking for a motivated and charismatic Employers Agent, to become part of their Bristol team.

The Employers Agent Role

The Employers Agent will be responsible for working on a wide array of projects across the residential, commercial, education and healthcare sectors.

The Employers Agent will be independently carrying out the delivery of several projects on the client side for the team, as well as administrative duties on the distribution of developments under the terms of JCT, bespoke development agreements and design and build matters.
