MCS Healthcare provides personal care and support to people in their own homes, enabling them to remain as independent and active as possible. We deliver care through two main provision types:

* Complex Care: Nurse-led support for individuals with complex physical, behavioral, or mental health needs, delivered by highly trained and experienced care staff.

* Non-Complex Care: Enabling support focused on developing and enhancing independence skills, led by experienced Case Managers with extensive health and social care knowledge.

Role Summary

As a Recruitment & Onboarding Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, onboarding, and supporting healthcare professionals. Your responsibilities include ensuring all candidates meet compliance and regulatory standards while delivering a positive, professional experience. Your efforts will directly enhance the quality of care MCS Healthcare provides, supporting our mission to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve.

Key Responsibilities

Candidate Sourcing:

* Identify and attract high-quality candidates through job portals, online registrations, and professional networks.

* Develop compelling job postings to effectively market vacancies.

Onboarding & Compliance:

* Manage pre-employment checks, including right-to-work verification, references, and mandatory training records.

* Ensure candidates meet compliance requirements such as DBS checks and professional registrations (e.g., NMC).

* Address and resolve any compliance issues promptly to streamline onboarding.

Collaboration:

* Partner with booking teams to understand recruitment needs for domiciliary and complex care clients.

* Build strong cross-departmental relationships to support recruitment initiatives.

Administration:

* Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate records within our database.

* Submit weekly reports and statistics to Team Leaders for ongoing review.

Candidate Experience:

* Provide a positive and professional onboarding experience.

* Serve as the primary contact for candidate queries, responding in a timely and informed manner.
