Role Overview:
As a Graduate TA, you will support teachers and pupils across a range of subjects, helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment. You'll gain hands-on experience working with students of various abilities and backgrounds, supporting both learning and personal development.

Responsibilities of the role:

Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons across the curriculum.
Support students on a one-to-one or small group basis, particularly those who need additional help.
Help manage classroom behaviour and maintain a focused learning environment.
Provide feedback to teaching staff on student progress and areas of need.
Support with administrative tasks and lesson preparation.
Uphold safeguarding and student welfare policies at all times.
Job Requirements:

A degree (any subject) - education-related degrees are desirable but not essential.
A genuine interest in working with young people and supporting their learning.
Experience working with secondary school students in a support role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to adapt and remain calm in a dynamic classroom environment.
Commitment to working full-time during term time.
Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one through GSL Education).
