This is a full-time waste management role with consistent hours, weekly pay, and real long-term potential.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Manual handling of refuse bins, recycling containers, and waste collection trolleys

*

Assist the driver in waste collection rounds throughout residential and commercial streets

*

Load household and business waste into refuse collection vehicles

*

Ensure proper segregation of recyclable materials

*

Follow health and safety procedures in waste handling and loading

*

Walk up to 10 miles per shift as part of active waste collection duties

Role Requirements:

*

Previous experience as a refuse loader, bin man, waste operative, or recycling assistant is desirable but not essential

*

Must be physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather

*

Strong timekeeping and reliability are essential

*

Ability to work early morning shifts (start times from 6:00am-7:30am)

*

A team-player attitude with good communication skills
