We have great opportunity based at our Bedford campus for a Customer Contact Telephone Advisers / Interviewers to become a key member of our Enquires and Admissions department.
We are looking for hourly paid Telephone Advisers/Interviewers to work in our small, busy Customer Contact team during the summer months.
You don’t need much in the way of experience as we’ll provide you with all the training and tools you need, but you will need to have fantastic attention to detail to work to the really high standards we strive for.
This role is not cold calling – it is about validating information and carrying out telephone surveys. You’ll need to be a confident and professional telephone communicator who is happy to make outbound calls to our applicants and students.
We have various shift patterns available in the afternoon and evening Monday to Friday at our Bedford Campus. The days/shifts worked can be flexible to fit in with your other commitments.
