We are seeking a Transport Planner to join our Sunbury based client. Reporting to the Team Manager, you will play a key role in delivering compliant, efficient, and cost-effective transport operations while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and performance.Key Responsibilities

• Plan and optimise daily vehicle routes for collections and deliveries
• Ensure all customer requirements are met consistently
• Manage drivers, including daily debriefs and performance support
• Coordinate fleet and subcontractors to achieve cost-effective solutions
• Act as a key point of contact for customers
• Drive continuous improvement in operational efficiency
• Support compliance with fleet, Health & Safety, and internal procedures
• Assist with driver training, in-cab technology, and supplier management
• Provide occasional out-of-hours and weekend cover as required

About You

• Experience with O-Licence compliance
• Strong IT skills (Excel, Word, etc.)
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
• Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Knowledge of Working Time Directive regulations
