The Role - Real Estate Solicitor - Disputes

• Manage and support a broad caseload involving commercial and residential real estate disputes, from lease renewals and dilapidations to possession and trespass claims.
• Work closely with experienced litigators and cross-discipline teams across planning, construction, and development.
• Advise clients ranging from developers and investors to educational institutions, retailers, and charities.
• Draft legal documents, prepare for hearings, and provide practical, tailored solutions to complex property issues.
• Gain direct client contact and increasing responsibility as you build your confidence and expertise.

We're Looking For

• 
  A qualified solicitor with 1-2 years' PQE in real estate litigation.
• 
  Sound technical ability and a willingness to take initiative in managing tasks.

  A client-focused approach and strong communication skills.
