Legal Disrepair Coordinator

Hyde is looking to recruit a Legal Disrepair Coordinator.

As a Legal Disrepair Coordinator at Hyde, you will be working within the Property Services team to provide a high-quality and efficient disrepair and environmental health case management service. You’ll help ensure legal and regulatory compliance while supporting our Surveyors, Legal team, and customers throughout the claims process.

Responsibilities
• Manage disrepair and environmental health cases from notification to resolution
• Coordinate resident liaison, legal updates, and appointment scheduling
• Track and report on performance, case progress, and access issues
• Collate and maintain legal documentation in line with legislative requirements
• Support the team with system updates, lessons learned reports, and process improvements
• Liaise with Local Authorities and internal stakeholders to ensure timely responses

Skills and Experience
• Strong administration and/or project coordination experience
• A social housing or property sector background is desirable but not essential
• Confident using systems (Salesforce, TMC, NED - training provided)
• Strong communication and organisation skills
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities
• Commitment to learning and staying in the role long term
