We're creating a brand new group of Residential Children's Homes across the Midlands and we're looking for a Director of Operations to lead the journey from inception to excellence.

What you'll do:

* Lead the opening and strategic growth of high-quality homes for children with Learning Disabilities, Autism, and behaviours that challenge

* Build, inspire, and develop passionate teams centred on care, impact, and outcomes

* Ensure operational excellence, safeguarding integrity, and regulatory compliance

* Collaborate closely with investors and senior stakeholders, shaping the organisation's future direction

What you'll bring:

* Proven senior leadership experience within residential children's services

* Deep understanding of Ofsted requirements and quality frameworks

* Vision, courage, and the ability to deliver through others

* A person-centred, values-driven approach to leadership
