Key Responsibilities:

* Support the classroom teacher in delivering engaging, interactive lessons

* Provide one-on-one or small group support to students who require additional help

* Facilitate group activities and encourage a collaborative learning atmosphere

* Monitor and record student progress, highlighting any concerns to the class teacher

* Help create and maintain a positive, inclusive classroom environment

* Work closely with teachers and staff to implement effective learning strategies

About You:

We're seeking someone who brings enthusiasm, compassion, and a proactive attitude. Ideally, you will have:

* A Level 2 qualification in education or a relevant field

* Previous experience in a primary school setting (preferred but not essential)

* A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their growth

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Patience, empathy, and the ability to build strong rapport with young learners

* Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively

* A flexible and adaptable approach in a busy classroom setting
