We are seeking an Interim Registered Manager to steer a dedicated team in delivering high-quality, person-centred care at a specialist home in the West Midlands.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the home
Ensure compliance with CQC standards and regulatory requirements
Support staff development and foster a positive working culture
Oversee clinical governance and care planning Requirements:

NMC Registered Nurse (RNLD, RMN or RGN)- Active Pin
Strong knowledge of safeguarding, risk management, and quality assurance
