Electrical Project Manager
£52k - £68k / Annual | Full-Time | Permanent
An experienced Electrical Project Manager with at least 3 years of project management experience is required to join the team at one of our key clients (based in Buckingham) on a full-time basis.
The idea candidate will be a Electrical Project Manager with proven technical knowledge of commercial electrical fit-out projects seeking to join a growing and ambitious team.
Most of our clients work is mainly based in London and home counties with project sizes ranging from £10K to £2 million. Typical projects range between £150K - £500K in value.

About the Company
Our client is a reputable and well-established electrical design and build company that has been running for 22+ years, providing CAT A and CAT B installations in the office fit-out sector. They have a host of established clients and a healthy order book.
Key Responsibilities:
- Taking responsibility for the project from initial project handover through to project completion
- Attending site to ensure the project is on programme and installation is delivered to a high standard
- Attending site meetings, liaising with clients and subcontractors
- Health and safety documentation and toolbox talks
- Material management and ordering
- Project financial management and managing variations throughout the project
- Completing OMMs ready for issue before project completion, with assistance from admin and drawing team
Required Experience:
- Have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a commercial, electrical project manager within the fit-out industry
- Have a full UK driving licence, be eligible to work in the UK and be fluent when speaking and writing English
- Be a qualified electrician/engineer and have previous commercial installation experience (a valid CSCS gold card is necessary)
- Be up to date with current IEE regulations and the current edition of BS7671 wiring regulations and hold an up-to-date associated qualification
Required Skills:
- Be able to multi-task and prioritise between projects and tasks
- Have a forward-thinking and proactive attitude
- Have a good understanding of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook on a Windows PC
- Have good communication and professional people-management skills and show this in a commercial environment
