Here you’d be joining a smaller independent brokerage that prides itself on providing quality, cost-effective insurance backed by reliable and highly professional service.
What would you be doing?
- Provide assistance and support to a number of Account Executives
- Service a portfolio of Key Clients with dedication and a high standard of customer service
- Handle general administration tasks including renewals, mid-term adjustments, extensions to covers, invoicing, and responding to client queries
- Ensure quality control and maintain high standards of customer service
- Check and issue documentation to clients in a timely and accurate manner
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
What will you need?
- Minimum of 2 years of Commercial Insurance experience
- Good understanding of the commercial insurance market
- Comprehensive knowledge of commercial insurance products
- Good communication skills, you’re confident in dealing with customers over the phone and face to face
- Ability and flexibility to work as part of a team
- Strong negotiation skills with insurers
