Role Overview

We are looking for an ambitious and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, building strong client relationships, and matching exceptional candidates to the right opportunities. Key Responsibilities

* Manage the full recruitment process from sourcing, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates to presenting them to clients.

* Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and candidates.

* Proactively identify business opportunities and generate new leads.

* Advise clients and candidates on market trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment strategies.

* Achieve personal and team targets for placements and revenue.

* Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.

* Attend networking events and industry functions to expand professional connections.

Key Skills & Experience

* Previous recruitment experience (agency or in-house) is desirable and a strong desire to succeed is crucial.

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

* Resilient, proactive, and results driven.

* Strong organisational and time management abilities.

* Confident using technology, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

* Ability to thrive under pressure and in a target-driven environment.
