We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our vibrant and supportive school on a full-time, permanent basis.

The successful candidate will have:

Proven experience of covering classes across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2

Strong subject knowledge, particularly in Upper Key Stage 2 (UKS2)

A flexible, proactive attitude and the ability to adapt quickly to different classroom environments

The confidence to manage whole-class teaching in the absence of a teacher
