Job – Assessor Trainer – Electrical

Salary - £29,992 -£34,792 p.a. dependant on qualifications and experience – Plus 4k market supplement - Part time – Monday to Thursday -28.8 hours a week.

Holiday- 25 days per annum plus bank holidays ( pro rata for part time )

Location – Broxbourne Campus

About the Role

To support the successful enrolment, delivery, training, and achievements, via the application of effective teaching, learning and assessment practices for all apprentices on your caseload. To ensure all apprentices achieve timely and overall outcomes on Apprenticeship standards within identified subject areas / specialisms..

Key Responsibilities

  • Strengthen employer communications as a central point of contact, including for matters such as attendance, punctuality, and progress concerns.
  • Support with external relations including awarding bodies and end-point assessment organisations.
  • Support with the development of marketing material and information to promote the Hairdressing apprenticeship provision with prospective apprentices and employers.
  • To ensure the effective delivery of all components of an apprentice’s journey from the point of enrolment through to timely completion.
  • Work in conjunction with the wider apprenticeship team to ensure new apprentices are enrolled effectively and timely onto their chosen apprenticeship standard.

About You

GCSE English and Maths at grade C or above or a Level 2 qualification in literacy and numeracy.

Qualified to NVQ Level 3 or above in the identified subject area / specialism or willing to work towards within probationary period.

Occupational industry experience in the identified subject area / specialism.

IT literate.
