Your typical day in this role:

Utilising your experience in administrative procedures, you'll provide support or the day-to-day operations of the Shared Services function. Managing a shared email inbox, you will ensure timely and effective communication and excellent customer service. This role supports out Resource and Talent Coordinator with administrative tasks, performs basic HR and benefits administration, and ensures a smooth onboarding process for new colleagues.
· You'll ensure that actions happen within agreed timescales, taking ownership of and resolving queries by collaborating with the team and a range of internal stakeholders. A range of varied duties includes assisting with payroll and benefits administration, production of reports and documentation, and accurately updating records.
You'll already have:
- Experience within a fast- paced environment and responding positively to changing workloads.
- Strong previous administrative experience (ideally within a similar role).
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS platforms.
- Proven ability as a professional and confident self-starter, who can both demonstrate and exercise discretion and confidentiality.
- Effective relationship building and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail with a customer focused approach.
- Solid experience as a team player with a flexible approach to work and the ability to work under pressure or with conflicting priorities.
Preferable:
- Comfortable working remotely and office based with a high level of autonomy
- Able to work in complex, fast paced environments
- HR knowledge and experience (although not essential)
