Job is based in Hanover County VA
Provide leadership to plan, organize, direct, and participate in effective sales activities and strategies for a designated region or market. Assist assigned branch staff to ensure sales performance is maintained,profit margins and revenue goals are achieved, and other company goals are met or exceeded. Manage business development within established budgets and in compliance with established company procedures. Job consists of traveling and making at least 40 stops a day.The Sales Marketer position reports directly to either the District Manager or the Owner. The ability to work competently without direct supervision is critical to this position.
- Plan, direct, lead, and participate in regional/market sales activities to ensure established
sales goals and profit margins are met or exceeded in a timely manner.
Train and direct branch staff on how to effectively meet or exceed branch sales goals.
Assist the selective dispatch process when required, to ensure high levels of customer
satisfaction and provide a good working environment for our temporary workers
emphasizing LaborMax Staffing’s expectations and work requirements for each job.
Prepare and submit required sales and administrative reports to supervisor in an
accurate and timely manner.
Any other sales and marketing related duties as assigned by supervisor.
Maintain competitive knowledge to create and adjust sales strategies.
Attend meetings, seminars, and conferences as appropriate.
