Job Title: CAD Designer

Level: Intermediate.

Industry: Wastewater Treatment.

Location: London

Salary: £30,000 - £40,000

What we are looking for.

* Minimum 3 years of experience in a CAD design role within the water sector.

* Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Autodesk Revit, and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).

* Ability to interpret and apply engineer mark-ups, specifications, and standard details.

* Familiarity with BIM workflows and multidisciplinary model coordination.

* Self-motivated, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks within project deadlines.

Responsibilities

* Prepare 2D and 3D design models and drawings for water and wastewater treatment projects.

* Develop general arrangements, layouts, RC details, site plans, sections, and civil details using Civil 3D and Revit.

* Work within the Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) environment for model sharing, coordination, and version control.

* Coordinate with engineers and other discipline designers to ensure integrated and clash-free models.
