Job Advert: Recruitment Consultant

Location: Framingham Pigot Hours: 7:00am - 5:00pm (term time) / 9:00am - 4:00pm (school holidays) Salary: Basic from £28,000 per annum + commission

Key Responsibilities

Developing and maintaining relationships with schools and candidates

Driving new business opportunities and increasing market share

Managing the full recruitment cycle from prospecting to placement

Meeting and exceeding sales targets with a proactive approach

Acting as a trusted advisor to clients and candidates alike

Proven track record in sales, business development, or account management

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Resilient, ambitious, and target-driven mindset

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Background in estate agency, car sales, or similar industries is highly desirable
