My client are one of the UK's most foremost fit out and interior contractors delivering projects for leading blue-chip clients nationwide. They have built a stellar reputation across the industry, resulting in a significant portion of their business being generated through repeat clients.

They are now recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor / Estimator to join their team and work predominantly on retail fit-out projects.

As the Senior Quantity Surveyor / Estimator, your role will include:

Take the lead in all financial matters related to refurbishment projects
Manage cost estimates, budgets, and procurement processes
Conduct thorough cost analysis, identifying potential areas for cost-saving measures
Collaborate with the team to monitor and control project expenses
Provide accurate and timely financial reporting
Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Mentor and support junior members of the quantity surveying team
Responsible for the production of tenders, budget estimates and cost plans.
Review of bid documents, drawings, specifications, and other reports applying a good understanding of all components of a tender submission.
Identify any financial, design, production, and contractual risks/opportunities.
Measure quantities and produce Bills of Quantities and/or oversee their production by others.
Overseeing all received/submitted tendersSalary: On offer is an excellent salary and package from £55,000 to £70,000 plus package
