Salary: M1-UPS3 (£33,075-£50,471 FTE) + SEN Allowance £5,285

Are you a dedicated primary teacher seeking a meaningful role in a specialist SEMH setting?

We're recruiting on behalf of an established, forward‑thinking school located in Berkshire. The school supports pupils with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs and includes an Alternative Provision Unit.

The Roles:

Class Teacher positions across both the main SEMH school and Alternative Provision

Campaigning for teachers passionate about trauma‑informed, relational practice

*

Focus on building positive relationships, fostering confidence, and nurturing successful learners

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

QTS and significant primary teaching experience

*

Strong literacy skills (particularly reading and writing)

*

Experience with SEMH, EHCPs, or challenging behaviours

*

Commitment to trauma-informed, reflective practice
