Since their establishment, they have built a first rate reputation and pride themselves on ongoing development of staff.In this varied leadership role you will be the go-to manager responsible for onboarding new staff, and assisting them with training once they start. You will also be responsible for a range of office responsibilities including helping the HR team and working with managers to identify areas for training and then lead subsequent training. Further to this you will liaise with different departments, and providing associated support across the Hotel.
