Main responsibilities:

* Welcoming clients into the showroom with warmth and professionalism

* Handling email enquiries and responding promptly

* Taking and managing customer details and bookings

* Making outbound calls to follow up with potential clients and gather kitchen plans

* Encouraging appointments for the talented design team

* Supporting the wider team with administrative tasks as needed
