This role involves assessment, planning, and the implementation of tailored interventions to meet the needs of children and families—ensuring safety, stability, and support.Key Responsibilities

• ?? Assessments & InterventionsConduct thorough assessments and deliver impactful interventions that support children and families.
• ?? Multi-Agency CollaborationWork closely with professionals in health, education, and the voluntary sector to ensure coordinated care.
• ?? Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong, trusting relationships with children, families, and carers.
• ?? Practice LeadershipDemonstrate expertise and act as a role model in delivering best practice across the team.
• ?? Policy ContributionSupport the development and implementation of service procedures and policies.

What We’re Looking For

• Qualified Social Worker with Social Work England registration
• Proven experience in child and family social work
• Strong assessment, planning, and communication skills
