We are an established Metal Fabrication shop located in north Denver.
We are looking to hire a full time office coordinator with a go getter and positive attitude.
This person would be responsible for coordinating schedule with fabricators, answering phones, checking emails, and helping customers that come into the office. The part time hours are 8-4 Mon-Fri. This will be a growing position and has the STRONG potential to become full time. We are looking for someone that would like to stay here and grow with us, so please don't apply if you aren't looking for long term employment.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Extensive computer knowledge especially Google Apps (email, calendar, Drive, search)
- Excel experience.
- QuickBook's Desktop experience.
- Project Management Experience.
- T-Sheets knowledge.
- A driver's license with a pretty clean driving record for running the occasional errand
- A positive "go getter attitude". NO NEGATIVE ASS NANCYS!!!
Must be able to adapt to changing job duties.
Duties will include:
Answering phone, taking messages or directing phone calls Helping customers
Checking emails and directing to the proper person
Scheduling jobs and helping to keep everyone on schedule for job completion
General Office Duties -- Faxing, printing, scanning
Entering bills and credit cards into QuickBooks and creating checks to pay bills on time.
Calculating payroll is a possibility and sending to accountant along with printing paychecks and preparing them for distribution
Cleaning office area.
And other duties as assigned.
