Machine Operator - Aldridge - £12.21 per hour - Temp to Perm - Rotating Shifts (3.00pm to Midnight / 6.30am to 3.00pm)

BCS Connect are currently recruiting for a Machine Operator to join a successful manufacturing company in Aldridge. This role offers an immediate start, consistent hours, and the chance to secure a permanent position after a successful trial period.

The Machine Operator role is paid at £12.21 per hour, working on a rotating shift pattern of 3.00pm to midnight and 6.30am to 3.00pm. This is a temp to perm position with overtime opportunities available, making it an excellent long-term career opportunity in the manufacturing sector.

As a Machine Operator, your duties will include setting up and running machinery, monitoring production lines, checking the quality of finished products, carrying out basic machine checks, and working to health and safety standards at all times. You will be part of a fast-paced production team ensuring work is completed to deadlines.

To be successful as a Machine Operator you should have previous experience within a machine operating, production, or manufacturing environment. Candidates with experience as a Production Operative, CNC Operator, or Manufacturing Operative will be well suited to this position. A good work ethic, attention to detail, and flexibility to work rotating shifts are essential.
