The Role

* Own the end-to-end recoveries function, from early arrears through to legal enforcement and bad debt.

* You'll lead offshore collections and legal support teams, manage performance, and drive strategies to maximise recoveries while making commercially sound decisions.

Key Responsibilities

* Own recoveries performance and bad debt outcomes

* Set and manage KPIs across collections and legal

* Lead offshore collections agents and paralegals

* Oversee legal recovery (CCJs, statutory demands, insolvency)

* Decide on legal action vs commercial settlements

* Handle complex cases and improve processes

* Feed back risks and trends to the credit team

Candidate Profile

* Background in collections, debt recovery, litigation, or insolvency

* Experience managing teams and driving results

* Strong commercial judgement and decision-making

* Comfortable with ownership and autonomy
