Role Overview

As the Lead Engineer, you will be responsible for:

Overseeing daily engineering operations on-site

*

Leading and supporting the engineering team

*

Ensuring all maintenance, compliance and reactive tasks are completed to a high standard

Acting as the main point of contact for clients and contractors

*

Supporting with planning, reporting and technical troubleshooting

About You

Proven experience as a Lead Engineer or Senior Engineer

*

Strong technical background (electrical/mechanical)

*

Excellent communication and leadership skills

*

Ability to manage workloads, prioritise tasks and support junior staff
