They currently operate in a specialist segment of the mortgage market where they source high-quality opportunities. They provide secured lending against UK property, primarily to non-UK resident individuals purchasing property and to UK residents seeking bridging finance. Meanwhile, they provide their investors with attractive and consistent risk-adjusted returns, a high level of capital security, and fee transparency. They aim to continue to grow the fund's AUM, while continuing to provide investments that perform. Due to continual growth, they are looking to bring a motivated candidate into the team. Job description - Senior Investor Relations Analyst As a Senior Investor Relations Analyst, your role is designed to facilitate growth in new investor business for the fund. The role holder will also be responsible for handling existing investor queries and relations and will play a role in ensuring the company's brand is delivered clearly, consistently and appropriately to the investor market.   • Identify potential targets for distribution activity based upon the business's strategic priorities.
  • Define and deliver appropriate presentation material in investor meetings.
  • Gather and analyse feedback on the investment proposition and sales strategy.
  • Maintain a record of the investor pipeline.
  • Play a key role in investor marketing events.
  • Help to maintain positive relationships with existing investors.
  • Act as a gatekeeper for investor marketing materials.

Job requirements - Senior Investor Relations AnalystIn this Senior Investor Relations job in London, we are looking for:
  • 2.1 degree from a top university (Finance, Economics, and other financial disciplines preferred)
  • Significant commercial experience in an investor relations, investment sales or similar role
  • Proven ability to communicate well with investors and professional counterparties
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Clear written and verbal communication.
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and document formatting.
  • An understanding of CRM systems or data management tools.
