Our client, a well-established mental health residential care home, is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead operations. You'll oversee staffing, budgeting, compliance, and quality assurance whilst ensuring high standards of person-centred care.

About You

Proven experience managing a residential care home or similar setting
Understanding of mental health conditions and trauma-informed care
Strong leadership and team development skills
Knowledge of CQC standards and relevant health and social care legislation

Essential Requirements

Level 3 Health and Social Care qualification or equivalent experience
Enhanced DBS clearance
Care management background, ideally with experience in mental health with adults
