The role:
Working as part of a 24/7 operational team, you'll play a vital role in monitoring vessel routes, supporting clients, and ensuring maritime safety. This is a shift-based role (4 days on, 4 days off, 9am-9pm), averaging 40-42 hours per week.
You'll be responsible for:
Providing captains with timely and accurate security updates
Responding to client queries via phone and email
Monitoring vessel movements for safety and compliance
Issuing real-time maritime security incident alerts
Creating detailed Route Risk Reports
Accurately logging data and supporting day-to-day operations
What we're looking for:
Experience in a control room, emergency response or shift-based operations
Maritime experience is desirable but not essential
Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office
High attention to detail and confident communication
Ability to retain and relay critical information quickly and accurately
