Registered Home Manager – Residential Care Home

Salary: Up to £52,500 per year
Full-Time | 40 hours per week

If you're passionate about elderly care, hold a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care, and have strong experience in residential care management, this is your chance to make a lasting difference.

What You’ll Need

• Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care (Leadership and Management) or equivalent
• Proven experience as a Care Home Manager, Residential Manager, or similar leadership role in adult social care
• In-depth understanding of CQC standards and compliance
• Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills
• Compassionate, resident-focused approach with a commitment to person-centred care

Your Role as Registered Home Manager

• Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the residential care home
• Ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality, person-centred care
• Manage, support, and develop staff, including recruitment, training, and supervision
• Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations and care home standards
• Foster positive relationships with residents, families, and local stakeholders
• Monitor budgets and maintain financial oversight of the service
