The Role:

You’ll gain hands-on experience across both sales and lettings, supporting the team in the day-to-day running of the branch while developing your skills in a positive working environment.

The successful Trainee Estate Agent will be offered:

As a Trainee Estate Agent, your key responsibilities:

• Registering applicants and matching them to suitable properties
• Booking and attending property viewings
• Booking market appraisals/valuations
• Negotiating offers between buyers, tenants, landlords, and vendors
• Progressing sales through to completion
• General administration and office support

To be considered for the Trainee Estate Agent role, you must have:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive and driven attitude with a desire to succeed
• Previous sales or customer-facing experience preferred
• Good local knowledge of the Leigh-on-Sea area
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own car (essential)
