Project Manager | Insurtech | Norwich | Hybrid | Up to 47K 

We are excited to be working with a growing Insurtech business based in Norwich, who have a requirement for a Project Manager to join their team as they look to grow in the upcoming year. 

As a Project Manager your job will be to plan, schedule and manage technical projects directly related to the digital product road-map and partner integrations.
 
Role:

Develop the digital product road-map into detailed project management plans,
Develop cost and ROI calculations for each project and maintain them during each milestone,
Work with the product team to outline the phases required to fully deliver new system capabilities,
Organise workshops and review meetings as required to ensure the development of new products remain on track,
Document the key product, design and development tasks required to complete the project along with the resources required,
Identify blockers in being able to progress developments and escalate to the product team,
Prepare progress reports to support road-map updates for senior management teams,
Identify risks and mitigations associated with the road-map activities and communicate them to the wider product team. 
 
Experience needed:

Experience managing projects for software developments working directly with developers,
A background in both Agile delivery tools like Jira and Project Management tools such as (url removed),
Experience of effective stakeholder engagement and management,
Ability to multitask and effectively manage multiple projects at any given time,
Critical thinker with the ability to problem-solve under pressure,
Strong presentation skills, both oral and written, with the ability to effectively lead project meetings.
Knowledge of UK insurance products and markets would be desirable but not essential.
