Head of Finance – Global Advertising Agency | Central London

A leading global advertising agency is looking to bring in a Head of Finance to lead their Finance Operations team.

This is a senior, high-visibility role where you’ll play a key part in shaping the finance function, overseeing core reporting and controls while driving improvements, automation, and AI-led initiatives across the group.

Responsibilities:

• Leading and developing the finance team across financial and management accounting

• Owning group reporting, statutory requirements, and audit processes

• Taking responsibility for cash flow, treasury, and overall financial governance

• Partnering with senior stakeholders across multiple international markets

• Identifying opportunities to improve processes, implement automation, and enhance data quality

Ideal Background:

• Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA or equivalent)

• Strong technical grounding with up-to-date accounting knowledge

• Experience improving processes or delivering change (automation/AI exposure is a big plus)

• Confident working with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment

• Hands-on, proactive, and solutions-driven approach
