Phoenix Events is looking to hire a full-time Customer Experience Associate to work in a flexible startup environment in Albuquerque. Phoenix Events is a fast-paced marketing agency that's just getting into the game, and you'd be starting on the ground floor as part of the team who is building this brand from the very beginning--a perfect opportunity for someone looking to grow with a company and be part of the launch team! In this role, you'll work to build and deliver the best possible customer experience thru face to face interaction. As a customer experience associate, you'll join a team passionate about solving customer issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional service and developing lasting relationships with customers via Phoenix Events' channels for communication - face to face direct and social media.

  • Serve as a proud brand ambassador of Phoenix Events, constantly championing our core values.

  • Maintain knowledge of all Phoenix Events services.

  • Assist customers in finding styles that meet their individual style and needs.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with the utmost care and respect by listening to their problems and offering creative resolutions.

  • Consistently deliver personalized service while meeting quality and productivity goals.

  • Share customer feedback and information with other team members and leaders in order to continuously improve and evolve the customer experience.

  • Contribute to an empathetic, positive and energetic team culture.

Qualifications:

  • College degree and/or previous experience in customer support

  • Proficiency in MS Office, at least basic knowledge of MS Excel

  • Familiarity with social media platforms, mainly Facebook and Instagram

  • Excellent written, verbal, and listening skills

  • Strong problem solving skills

  • Empathy, warmth, humility, and a sense of humor

  • A happy, positive attitude that empowers you to assist our customers every day

  • This is a full time role, including occasional evenings and weekends
