Phoenix Events is looking to hire a full-time Customer Experience Associate to work in a flexible startup environment in Albuquerque. In this role, you'll work to build and deliver the best possible customer experience thru face to face interaction. As a customer experience associate, you'll join a team passionate about solving customer issues.

College degree and/or previous experience in customer support
Proficiency in MS Office, at least basic knowledge of MS Excel
Familiarity with social media platforms, mainly Facebook and Instagram
Excellent written, verbal, and listening skills
Strong problem solving skills
Empathy, warmth, humility, and a sense of humor
A happy, positive attitude that empowers you to assist our customers every day
This is a full time role, including occasional evenings and weekends
