With a strong focus on performance, efficiency, and continuous improvement, they've built a collaborative, fast-paced environment and are now looking to strengthen their finance team with the addition of a Assistant Accountant.The Role: This is a varied, hands-on position supporting the day-to-day finance function, with a clear pathway into management accounting as the role develops.Key Responsibilities:

• Ownership of credit control, including reconciliations and aged debt management
• Supporting month-end close with schedules and analysis
• Maintaining prepayments and fixed asset schedules
• Assisting with cashflow forecasting and reconciliations
• Preparing expense reporting and supporting operational insight
• Assisting with variance analysis and ad hoc reporting

About You:

• Experience in a Finance Assistant or similar role
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Comfortable working with reconciliations and financial data
• Ambitious and keen to progress into management accounting
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Experience in a fast-paced or scaling environment is advantageous
