Salary: £23500/annum

We are seeking a Health, Safety & Quality Administrator to join our small team based at our Oldham site.

You will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy, completeness and accessibility of information within the HSQ department.

You will working Monday to Thursday 08:30 - 17:00 and Friday 08:30 - 16:30.

About the Role

As the Health, Safety & Quality Administrator you will be supporting the Quality, Health and Safety function by ensuring documentation and information is verified, maintained and distributed in line with site requirements. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Identifying potential issues with product and/or quality and recording them within electronic system.
Produce and distribute training matrixes for employees to allow gaps to be identified and addressed.
Maintain HSQ Information boards.
General administrative tasks to support the business as needed.
Undertake raw materials/finished product inspections and audits.
Monitor and restock first aid supplies and ensure that stock is within date and stored correctly.

Essential Skills

Previous experience in a similar administrative role, preferably in a Quality, Health, and Safety setting.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Proficiency in using electronic document management systems.
Excellent communication skills.
Knowledge of health, safety, and quality standards is a plus.
