The Role:
We are looking for a caring and reliable Community Care Assistant to support clients in their own homes in Barnsley. This is a hands-on role providing practical support and companionship, helping clients maintain their independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients with daily living tasks as required (e.g., meal preparation, light domestic support, companionship).

Provide support with personal care if needed, following care plans and guidance.

Travel between clients' homes safely, with travel time paid.

Build positive, trusting relationships with clients and families.

Report any changes in clients' needs to the supervisor promptly.

Candidate Requirements:

Previous experience in care or support work preferred but not essential; full training can be provided.

Compassionate, patient, and reliable.

Ability to work independently and manage your schedule efficiently.

Flexible approach to working hours.

Driver with access to a vehicle
