Role Overview:
As the Site Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for leading the engineering function at the site, ensuring the availability of critical assets and enhancing operational performance. You will play a key role in fostering a culture of safety and quality while driving the company's manufacturing engineering strategy forward.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Team Development: Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, safety, and quality.

Safety & Quality

Collaboration & Innovation: Work closely with global sites to share insights, innovations, and best practices, supporting the continuous improvement of engineering operations across the company.

*

Engineering Strategy: Develop and implement the site's engineering strategy, ensuring alignment with broader company goals and objectives. Leverage the latest technologies to enhance operational efficiency.

Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement

Key Requirements:

*

Proven experience in a senior engineering management role, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial environment.

*

In-depth understanding of engineering best practices, safety standards, and quality management.

*

Excellent leadership and people management skills with a focus on team development and performance.

*

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across global teams.

*

A passion for innovation and staying at the forefront of new engineering technologies.

*

Degree in Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience).
