Production Operative

Cullompton Area | £12.22 per hour (Basic) | Monday to Friday | Permanent

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting motivated and hardworking Production Operatives to join a busy manufacturing team based in the Cullompton area. Own transport is required due to the location.

Hours of Work:

Monday to Thursday: 7am - 3:30pm.
Friday: 7am - 2:30pm.

Pay Rates:

Basic Rate: £12.22 per hour.
Overtime Rate: £18.33 per hour.
Sunday Rate: £24.44 per hour.

Key Duties:

Work collaboratively with the production team to ensure efficient and accurate assembly of truss packs.
Perform regular quality checks during production to identify and resolve issues promptly.
Follow established procedures and guidelines to maintain quality standards.

Requirements:

Experience in a manufacturing, production, or timber-based environment is beneficial but not essential.
High attention to detail.
Understanding of health and safety practices.
Adaptability with a positive, proactive mindset.
Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
