Job Title: Early Years Practitioner (NVQ Level 2)

About the Role:
We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join a well-established team in Camden. As an Early Years Practitioner, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of high-quality early education and care to children aged from birth to 5 years, in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure the safety and wellbeing of children at all times.

Plan and deliver engaging learning activities to promote the development of children.

*

Maintain accurate records of children's development and progress.

*

Provide support for children with additional needs.

*

Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.

*

Contribute to a positive and inclusive environment for children's learning and development.

Key Requirements:

*

NVQ Level 2 in Childcare or equivalent qualification.

*

Previous experience working in an early years setting.

*

Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework.

*

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

*

Ability to work effectively in a team.

*

Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain).
