Location: Tipton, West Midlands
Salary: £60,(Apply online only) per year
OTE: £65,(Apply online only) - £70,(Apply online only) with overtime
Hours: 46 per week
Shift: Nights - 7pm to 7am, Monday to Thursday or Tuesday to Friday

We're looking for a skilled and experienced HGV Technician, HGV Mechanic or HGV Fitter to join a busy, modern workshop in Tipton. Key Responsibilities of an HGV Technician / HGV Mechanic / HGV Fitter
Carry out routine servicing and mechanical repairs on HGVs
Prepare vehicles for MOTs and complete safety inspections
Diagnose faults accurately and perform repairs efficiently
Attend breakdowns and provide roadside assistance when required
Maintain accurate job cards, service sheets and workshop records
Collaborate effectively with parts and workshop colleagues

Skills and Qualifications for an HGV Technician / HGV Mechanic / HGV Fitter

Essential
Proven experience as an HGV Technician or Commercial Vehicle Mechanic
Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
Flexibility to work overnight shifts
Full UK driving licence

Desirable
NVQ Level 3 in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance or equivalent
Class 1 or Class 2 HGV licence
