?? About the Role:
You’ll be working with pupils with a range of needs including autism (ASC), speech and language difficulties, ADHD, and social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) challenges. Your responsibilities will include:
- Planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons
- Creating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
- Working closely with support staff, therapists, and families
- Monitoring progress and adapting strategies to meet individual EHCP targets
???�? What We’re Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or equivalent)
- Experience working in SEN settings or with pupils with additional needs
- A nurturing, patient, and creative approach to teaching
- Strong behaviour management and communication skills
