Project Manager (Builders Works)

Location: Chalfont St Peter, Chalfont St Giles, Amersham, Little Missenden, Gerrards Cross, Great Missenden
Duration: 12 months
Schedule: Monday - Friday | 9-hour days

About the Role

We are looking for a Project Manager with reinforced concrete (RC) and builders works experience to join our team on a long-term infrastructure and construction programme across Chalfont St Peter, Chalfont St Giles, Amersham, Little Missenden, Gerrards Cross, Great Missenden. This role would suit a motivated civil engineer looking to step up into a Project Manager position and grow within a fast-moving delivery environment. You will play a key role in coordinating site operations, managing engineering activities, and maintaining communication with the client and delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

* Managing and coordinating drawing updates and design information across the project.

* Liaising with the client to determine priorities of works and programme requirements.

* Allocating site teams and resources based on project priorities.

* Ensuring the engineering team carries out accurate setting out.

* Ensuring QA documentation and site records are completed and captured correctly.

* Monitoring progress and helping maintain programme targets.

* Acting as a key communication link between site teams, engineers, and the client.

Requirements

* Experience with reinforced concrete (RC) and builders works.

* Background in civil engineering, site engineering, or project engineering.

* Strong organisation and communication skills.

* Ability to coordinate site teams and engineering activities.

* Full UK driving licence (essential).
