Location: Dartford, Kent Hours: 37 per week Contract until: April 2026Rate: £25.54 per hour

An exciting opportunity has arisen at a leading education institution for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join the team.

As the Business Development Manager, you’ll play a key role in identifying new opportunities and driving growth.

Responsibilities:

• Researching and developing new business leads across relevant sectors
• Engaging with potential clients and partners through outreach and networking
• Building strong relationships and presenting tailored solutions
• Meeting revenue targets and contributing to strategic planning
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction
• Reporting on performance and market trends

Specification:

• Seeking someone who’s commercially minded, and ready to make an impact
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or client engagement
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong presentation and negotiation abilities
