We are currently working on behalf of a leading property consultancy, known for delivering planning excellence across the UK, to find a Graduate Town Planner to join their thriving Chester office.

About the Role:

You'll be joining a dynamic and well-established planning team supporting a wide range of projects across residential, commercial, and rural developments. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate (or someone due to graduate soon) with some work experience in a planning-related environment-either through a placement, internship, or previous employment.

You will assist with:

Preparing planning applications and appeals

Conducting site appraisals and planning research

Liaising with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders

Supporting senior planners and directors on strategy and delivery

What We're Looking For:

RTPI-accredited degree (or working towards) in Town Planning or a related field

Some prior work experience in planning (public or private sector) highly desirable

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Enthusiastic, proactive, and keen to develop professionally

A full UK driving licence is advantageous
