Requirements:

Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education/Childcare

Experience in an early years setting

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Passion for child development through play-based learning

Solid understanding of the EYFS framework

Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging activities aligned with the EYFS framework

Support children's development in physical, emotional, social, and cognitive areas

Observe and assess progress, maintaining accurate records

Ensure a safe, stimulating environment that fosters learning and exploration

Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
