Behaviour Support Worker - Blackpool:

Prospero Teaching are currently seeking a calm and resilient behaviour support worker to join a school near Blackpool. This is a full-time position to start after Easter.

The Role:

Providing 1-1 support to pupils with behavioural difficulties
Implementing effective behaviour management strategies
Supporting pupils with their emotional and mental health needs
Working alongside the class teacher and other professionals to create a calm and positive learning environmentPosition Details:

Full time/Part time: Full time only
Minimum Rate of Pay: £100 per day, depending on experience
Hours: 8:15am-3:15pm
Start date: ASAP
End date: OngoingExperience, Training & Qualifications:

Up to date Safeguarding training within the last year (desired but training can be provided)
An childcare or health and social care qualification is highly desired
Team Teach training is highly desiredELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:

Hold Right to Work in the UK
Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
Provide two professional child related references that cover the last two yearsOTHER:
